We’re confident you’ll love your new home. But if you don’t, just notify us within 30 days of move-in, and you can break your lease. We’ll be sad to see you go, but we understand that sometimes plans change.

We are a pet-friendly community! Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted.
We do not have weight limits, but some breeds are restricted, including Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull, Terrier Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, and Rottweiler.
All pets must be registered with the office, and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.
We understand how important pets are to our residents, and the fees we charge help provide and maintain a pet-friendly community with amenities for these furry four-legged companions to enjoy. A non-refundable $350 pet fee is required for one pet, and a non-refundable $450 pet fee is required for two pets. $20 monthly pet rent is also required for each pet.
We strive to make our pricing as transparent as possible, and each additional fee will be clearly stated in your rental agreement. Additional fees include:
- Valet Trash: $30
- Amenity Fee: $5
- Pest Control: $3
- Water and Sewer: Based on usage and billed in addition to your monthly rent
- Electric: Based on usage and residents will need to create a utilities account
- Pet: If applicable, $20 per pet
- Debit Card Payments will incur a service fee ranging from $3.95 to $9.95 per transaction
- Credit Card Payments will incur a service fee of 2.95% per transaction
